Make a fist. Check the small mount at the back of the hand and thumb - this is the mouse. If the mouse is firm, it means you're generally in good health.

Now, note the color of the hands. 
If there is a hint of blue, you may have circulatory problems. 
If yellow, you could be faced with liver or kidney problems.
